Can a 1st grader or 2nd grader learn game design or coding?
Yes, programming for kids has come a long way in recent years, and now it’s possible for even very young children as young as age 6 to learn the basics of game design and coding. They will learn to build their video games by using blocks of code, which is an exciting way for them to develop computational thinking skills while having fun!
Can a 1st grader learn character animation design?
Yes, children as young as grade 1st can start learning character animation design. Through the coding for beginners course, they would learn how to build a character and animate them by using simple codes or blocks of code.
What’s covered in the digital character design course?
Creating unique characters is one of the most important aspects of the game creation process. In our digital art and storyboard classes, students learn how to use tools like Sketchpad to build characters, scenes, and animations!
Do we have art classes for kids?
Yes, we have carefully created a special curriculum of online art classes for kids. Our digital art course for grade 1 and grade 2 kids teaches creative expression, composition, character and scene creation, and animation.
