Why This Course?

Coding is the foundational literacy of the digital age. This course teaches your child to think computationally, break down problems, and create solutions through structured, project-based programming. Digital art is a term used to describe art that is made and presented using a digital medium. Digital artists are the ones who give shape to the ideas we see each day in form of movies, video games, advertisements and a lot more. Graphic designers are the ones who develop the layouts and designs used to share ideas found in printed material and on websites. Digital art today can be a great medium of communicating your ideas as well as being able to present it to the world in an original form. In this course we will explore the world of digital art using Sketchpad one of the Digital art online app created exclusively for aspiring digital artist. We will learn to make fine images using shapes and colors, followed by some artistic compositions, comic strips and finally a motion graphic project. With these courses at Skoolofcode we aim to nurture a new generation of creative, systematic thinkers comfortable using digital art to express their ideas. By the end of this course, students will have built real projects and developed confidence in their ability to create with technology.

Floral design or flower arrangement is the art of using Path Tool , Line Tool and flowers to create an eye-catching and balanced composition

Creating a Vector River Boat illustrated background, with the use of line tool creating a composition of spring background , river and boat

Student will understand the Flamingo bird appearance , aesthetic and color. With the understanding of Birds aesthetic profile, student will create a composition of flamingo bird

Doodles are simple drawings that can have concrete representational meaning. Creating a Name Doodle art Composition

Zentangle Alphabet Doodling Method is an easy-to-learn, relaxing, and fun way to create beautiful images by drawing structured patterns . Student will create a Zentangle art inside the alphabets

Understanding the Interface of Gravit software Creating a canvas working with shapes and add colors Learn to work with Pen Tool Creating a Low polygon art

Student will understand the concept of creating a realistic polygon art by creating a art on a raw image or on self portrait. Student will understand the practical implementation of polygon art in real life by getting them display on various platform.

Branding is the marketing practice of creating a name, symbol or design that identifies and differentiates a product from other products. Student will explore different types of Brand and their uses

Students will learn design and different aspects of logos, then apply their understanding of the concepts with an activity. A logo is a combination of text and imagery that tells people the name of your small business and creates a visual symbol that represents your vision. Student will think of their own Brand and create the logo for the same with the use of pen tool and compound shapes

A business card is a small, printed, usually credit-card-sized paper card that holds your business details, such as name, contact details and brand logo Based on the brand and logo design student will create their own personalized Business card

A poster is a usually large sheet with images and text which aims at conveying certain information and making it noticeable for the target audience. Student will understand the use of poster creation , with the use of different tools and shapes student will create a poster based on the theme

Vector illustration pop art is based on modern art and mass media. Student will learn to create a vector modern art illustration , students will sketch the illustration and then trace it on software. They will use bright colors and learn to add pop background.

Student will understand the concept of comic strips, they will analyze the characters , dialogue and settings. Student will create a colorful vibrant comic strip with bold text word pop art and adding different face expression onto it , lastly student will create a GIF animation of the comic strip
